Thoughtfully created using a combination of high quality wool and hard wearing jute, the Kerala rug incorporates neutral tones throughout. The rug is complete with a border, all of which has been produced using a flatweave and jacquard weaving technique, making it the perfect statement to every hallway.
The organic nature and texture of this rug combined with the inherent charm of the resilient natural jute will ensure the rug adds depth to both chic and traditional homes alike. Jute is an impressively sustainable resource, so you can rest assured that you are buying an eco-friendly product.

Care instructions:

Use a Vacuum Cleaner regularly to avoid dirt accumulation.
In case of stains, first clear off any excess moisture as soon as possible. Don’t rub, as this can cause the stain to set, and rubbing can fray the natural Jute fibres.
Gently brush with a soft brush and water as immediate treatment.
Dry immediately with a hairdryer or fan to avoid damage.
If the stain is acidic, use soda water instead of water.
For solids, gently scrape it off with a blunt knife or spatula.
Occasional cleaning from a professional rug cleaning service is recommended.
Due to the handmade nature, this also means that there will be some slight variation in weave, size and colour throughout each rug, which is normal and can be attributed to the weavers who made them.
We always recommend using rug pads to keep rugs in place as well as protecting your rug and your floors.
