At daals, we really work towards ensuring our items are of a high quality so that our customers can enjoy our products for a long time to come. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. In the event that this does happen, please take a look at our returns policy.

30 Days Returns Period

  • At daals we offer a 30 days returns policy. Please ensure that your return requests are made within 30 days from the date you receive the item.
  • In order to initiate the returns process, please contact us via live chat or by emailing on customerservice@daals.com with your name, order number and any details you can provide.
  • Our team will then provide you with the return address to which your item needs to be sent to
  • The returns policy is subject to the following conditions being adhered to:
    • Ensure items are in brand-new condition: We will only accept returned items that are still in brand-new, unused and resalable condition. On inspection, if your returned item has any scratches, stains, damages, or any form of modifications we will not accept the return. We reserve the right not to refund a product that, in our opinion, has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear and misuse
    • Ensure the items are returned in the original packaging: For all returns, we require that the item is sent back in the original packaging.

  • We are unable to accept any returns for items that have been used or show any forms of wear and tear.
  • Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect your products carefully for any damage before assembling the item together. 
  • All quality-related issues must be reported to our Customer Service Team within 14 days of delivery.
  • Once we have received and inspected the item, the refund will take place within 14 working days. The refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.
  • If you choose to return your order, please note the following return conditions apply:
    • Small and large items - We will deduct a $49 return fee as well as a 10% restocking fee from your order value
    • Oversized items - We will deduct 25% of your order’s pre-discount value plus a 10% restocking fee

     Changes to order/order cancellation

    • If you decide to change or cancel your order, please contact us any time before your shipment is processed to avoid incurring additional charges.
    • Once your order has been processed, it is not possible for us to make any changes or cancel your order
    • In the event you wish to cancel your existing order and place a new order, kindly note that a new 'Estimated Delivery’ date will be given at the time of the new purchase.
