Estimated Delivery Date
Lead times shown on each product page and at the checkout indicate the estimated date you can expect to receive the item at your delivery address. This lead time takes into account the time from stock movement until the final step of delivery.
Please note, we will try our level best to deliver to you in the delivery timeframes shown, however, these may be subject to potential unforeseen delays outside of our control.
Oversized Items
Hold Shipments
We can hold your shipments if your home isn't ready yet. Simply add delivery instructions to your order on the cart page or get in touch with us after you have placed your order.
We will hold your shipment for free for up to 14 days from the moment you place your order with us. If you require your order to be on hold for more than 14 days, we are happy to offer an additional 14 days on top of your free period. The additional 14 days will be charged at 10% of the order total on hold with any applicable taxes.
Missed and Failed deliveries
Our delivery partners will contact you to schedule a delivery slot at your convenience. On the day of your scheduled delivery, our carrier may contact you by either call, text, or email. They will wait for approximately 15 minutes before they leave. Undelivered orders will return to our distribution center in preparation for a future scheduled delivery at a revised address or on the next available delivery slot with a re-delivery charge of $100. Your order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee if you cannot be reached to schedule your delivery with the carrier.
Redelivery fee
Changes to a scheduled delivery must be requested 3 business days before the scheduled delivery date.
In the event of any last-minute changes to a scheduled delivery, the request will be subject to a re-delivery fee of $100 as well as any applicable taxes.
